Our Amalfi lemon olive oil is one of the best examples of the exceptional quality you will experience with our infused flavors. The standard of the industry is to soak lemons in oil and call it infused. We press the fresh Amalfi lemons with the olives during the first cold press at harvest. By pressing fresh Amalfi lemons with the olives we produce a flavor rich product which will outlast conventional soaking infusion methods by 6 to 1. The rich flavor density of these infused oils allows you to use far less product which lowers your cost per serving.
