Working a lot with top chefs of the Southwest we were challenged by one of our good clients in Arizona to come up with a Barbecue Balsamic reduction for a signature recipe of his. We came up with it and decided to market it to the public given its uniqueness and because at the base of it there it our IGP certified 100% Made in Itlay Balsamic which elevates the BBQ flavor to the next level.
