Fennel Infused

Our unique Fennel Pollen olive oil has an incredible flavor. We take the fennel seed, sweeten and intensify it. In an article for Saveur magazine, Peggy Knickerbocker wrote, “If angels sprinkled a spice from their wings, this would be it.” Naturally, a statement this bold piqued our interest. It takes many fennel flowers to produce even a small amount of the pollen, making this a rare and sophisticated ingredient to be paired with our outstanding Olive Oil. Fennel pollen is very popular in Italy for finishing cold plates, salads, bruschetta meats or just alone for dipping.
