At the nose it is characterized by strong herbaceous notes, at the palate it has a strong presence of artichokes and hay as well as a distinguished peppery aftertaste, which is a typical aspect of a fine quality olive oil.

IL BIOLOGICO is certified organic by the USDA. It is mostly a finishing oil and only available in this 0.500 dark glass round bottle which ensures its preservation.
